Duo partner

Hi all. I have been playing the league for appox 3 years now. I'm still cought in low ELO, (silver V) and i really wanna get out. I'm looking for a duo partner who can nurse my ELO a bit, i think im suited for somthing like gold div. i mainly prefer Mid or Jungle. Ofc i don't wanna pay my coming partner a shitload of money, but i can gift him a skin or two ;) I play on EUNE, and i wanna do it like a coaching thing, so i can get better, and not just climb. that might mean the use of skype or something like that. please let me hear your thoughts, on how some of you can help me, and what you want from me.
