IGN: JayHoff Elo: Plat 4 Experience as a Coach: I've done some analytical coaching for plat-low diamond teams and silver-gold teams. I understand both the 3 ban pick/ban phase and the 5 ban vs teams that we have time to scout and vs random teams. Coaching style: Team-oriented and Strategic play Availability: Anytime past 6:30pm cst on Tuesday and Thursday, and anytime the rest of the week.
