Carry me Please

Hi,I've been playing League since June and after a Month I got promoted to Silver 1 but when ever I played ranked I seem to be on a lose streak and got demoted to silver 2 and I was just wondering if anyone is willing to carry me since I want rewards and don't drop to low because of the new border that shows your rank number. Sure it sounds very negative on the performance side but I don't wanna get demoted again so please help carry me to gold 5. If your not willing to ,at least give me some tips that got you out of Silver. (next season I'm going all in even if i drop to bronze)
