As the title says, Karma Esports is in need of a coach.

Karma Esports is a brand new team with aspirations of becoming the best and eventually becoming sponsored. We have a set roster of 5 dedicated members and we are looking for a coach to help us improve our gameplay!

REQUIREMENTS: 16+ Flexible schedule in order to attend most practices In depth knowledge of Lol and Esports Follows the professional scene and keeps track of current meta

Just an opinion the silver coach up top would be the better if he can prove his GameBattles rank. I know this isnt Call of Duty but the man is extremely smart if he actually coached a high ladder team :P (My GB rank is 3k)

Yes. Have you ever coached before? 2 years of experience in the Xbox 360 Call of Duty scene for top gamebattle teams. If so, explain: Why should I choose you as a coach? I have a lot of fun in helping to develop teams and players trying to get better. I have a good eye for spotting where a team needs improvement and I am always working to understand the meta and develop the most effective play styles. Anything else you'd like to add: I can work around any team schedule starting immediately

Yes Have you ever coached before? Yes If so, explain: I've coached as a Plat 5 player, to sum up the experience I felt I lacked sufficient knowledge to guide the team correctly, although I can use my failures from that experience to better this one. Why should I choose you as a coach? Because I have knowledge both mechanically and strategically of every role to some extent(albeit some more than others) Anything else you'd like to add: I've briefly worked in professional e-sports and have a few connections should the team reach that point.

If so, explain: Why should I choose you as a coach? i bring sponsors with me such as noscope gaming cinch gaming g2a aswell as others that i have aquired through gaming myself being an ex call of duty amateur to playing csgo at a high level. aswell as league on a few tournament teams. i hold great practices which develop both mechanics and bond/trust between all the players. willing to do anything that benefits the team
