Creating a Team. (Please Read)

I am looking for a team who is willing to play around 5 hours each day and who are committed to staying together and not fighting with each other, also a team who is looking to analyze why we lose a game and talk about it. I would like people who are 16 or older just be sure you are mature enough to play on the team. Also keep in mind that this is my first time starting a team so bear with me if im a little confused on how to go about certain things.
