LF P1+ jungle for a ranked 5's team

we are currently gold 2 and looking to start entering tournaments. we try to play most night around 11 CST

Things you need to know: we are looking for a jungler that understands early game pressure and takes advice/critism well, also must be able to play the tank/supportive style jungle meta to fit our team comps.
