BEST TEAM IN THE UNIVERSE (or you know silver and up :D)

Well if you can't tell from the title or the disscussion topic I'm looking to form a ranked team. My requierments are small and rational. I would preffer if you have Rank silver V or up currently. I would like to have a team who is acculy on so someone who is on atleast 4-5 times a week at minimum. And last lastly you need to be strong and one or to roles. Everyone likes a jack of all trades but I dont want a team full of "Meh I really dont care where I go :P".
