team looking for players!

Hello, i am making a team called "Validus Gaming" for the 5th season. This will be a 5v5 ranked team who will occasionally play a couple normals to practice/warm up with each other. We currently have 3 players already (mid, jungle, and support) but are in need of a top laner and an adc who can hold their own. The 3 on the team at the moment are around the ranks of Silver 2-Silver 5 but we are looking for anyone who is Gold 5-Silver 5 (who can of course hold their own as previously stated.) Also, we are looking for players who have a decent understanding of all/most lanes in general for subs. People interested in trying out with go through a 3-5 day trial period, this is because we all know we have our good and bad days and we want to be sure you have the chance to play to your fullest capability, after this trial period already members of the team will vote on the top few we have decided to join us in our endeavor to play together as a team and carry ourselves up the ladder rankings and make a few friends along the way.

Everyone makes mistakes, we will all learn from them. -Looking for players who are 16+ and have flexible schedules for possible practices and scrims -No racism -Be able to take criticism well and adapt to it -Ability to understand if you do not perform well on occasion you may be cut/put as a sub -Be able to laugh and have a good time whether it be win/lose -We use Teamspeak 3

P.S: We are interested in starting a 2nd team as well, this will most likely be for the Subs on Team 1 and trialists who weren't sharp enough to break their way into the first team.
