Piltover Gaming is looking for Team Managers.

What makes a good team? Is it just having really good individual players combined? Well, it is true that a good team needs good individuals however, in every great team, there is a man or woman behind the fame and glory of a team. These are the team managers and they handle most of the non-game related issues like taking care of players, sponsorship's, marketing, scheduling, scrimmage partners, etc. so that the players can focus more of the game.

Team managers supervises the team/s they are working with and guides them to become a better team by doing the following:

• Works around the team members’ availability to make regular practice days so everyone is comfortable to play in the team. • Confronts any internal and external issues between the team and its’ members • Find the optimal and best player for each roles/position of the team. • Make sure the team bonds together and fits well because this will increase their team chemistry. • Finds tournaments/scrims for their team/s to enter and play in. • Gets coaches and analyst, if they do not feel comfortable in doing it themselves • Should make a google spreadsheet to have all their information in one document (Schedules, Team comps, Notes etc.)

These are the important traits that we are looking for in a Team Manager: • Dedicated and responsible. Team Managers should always keep their players updated in and out of the game. • Rule with an Iron Fist. Be stern, serious and realistic. Make sure players are not fooling around during practice times. • Good in game knowledge, while not required, it is very preferable because managers are like coaches as well. • Open mindedness is great to have when having or joining a team, community, etc.
