Hi my name is Quints the Coach for Blackout Gaming, a starting Diamond team looking to build and eventually go to the pro scene. My job as the coach is to organize events, coach the team both in game and out, organize practices, bring together the team so that everyone can create a bond with each other. Our owner Matt is in charge of all of course business decisions as well as generating sponsors and designing a website for the team and community.
