Recruiting for team specific type of people only

I want to start up a team with a group of 5 but i want to give it the best chance of success so my requirements are important to make it work. if you don't meet them don't reply, it would be doing me and you a favor. so lets get started. and ill explain the requirements as i talk about myself.

I'm 25 with a 2 year old boy.** so im looking for mature individuals that know about responsibility. ** I work full time afternoons at a job i hate.** so looking for people that play times are 6am-1pm and 11-2Am. (weekends flexible)** i'm mellow and laid back but enjoy teasing and making light of mistakes. So looking for like minded never rage but laugh at mistakes mentality

i feel these 3 qualities narrow down a lot of people but i figured to post this anyway given the size of leagues player base.

Ranks don't matter that much to me, my main account is G4 but i feel my skills are lower than that S1-G5 ish. na.op.gg agrees with me.

The point of this team is to get a group of players together that play ranked 5s not to be the best but be able to track and see their improvements with the ladder. A worry free group that will laugh at your tower dive fail say "B5 wants them back " but the feeling of being part of a team that genuinely doesn't actually care about the fail. if i'm making sense.

So on to the application...... no i'm kidding applications are in my opinion unneeded unless your LCS material and lets be honest. i dont care how much adderall i can shove down my throat i'm not gonna improve enough to be LCS.

So just add me ingame: bladerunnerr and we will talk about when u can play, your reliability (if we need a sub for you) priorities shouldn't keep a guy from being on a team. pref role and playstyle and to compliment me on my awesome board posting abilities and paragraph construction that kept you reading the whole post :)
