Support/Jgl LFT Plat+

I'm a support/jungle Main looking for a team for the off season and season 6. I can play Any support, and pretty much any jungler. I'm looking for a serious team. I was plat in season 5; but decayed to gold due to my work schedule changing the last month of the season. I have fixed it though, and i'm ready to go. I was previously a professional halo player; so i'm not new to the competitive scene. I'm looking for a team to do tournaments with , and eventually break into some competitive play. I'd love to grow as a team. I won't settle for anything less than Master Next season.

Strong Jgl Champs: Lee, Elise, Grag, Rek'Sai, Zac, Nidalee

Strong Supp Champs: Thresh, Braum, Bard, TK, Ali, Raka, Nautilus, Leo (can play pretty much anyone though)
