Looking for a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Analyst for Tournament team.

I am the Captain and Owner on the competitive team MidKnight Gaming. I am looking for individuals with interest in the jobs of and Analyst and coaching positions for a full team. This is not a full time position so we will not require that you dedicate all of your time to this. We wish to build a dedicated staff that will work together to help our team improve. In the beginning you will not be compensated as we as a team currently have no revenue, so be sure that this is your passion and that you really wish to do this.

The team, MidKnight Gaming, will be participating in tournament and event continuously throughout the year. So be prepared as an Analyst to scout out opposing teams, study and reciprocate information about the meta to the team. Be prepared as the coaching staff to observe the weaknesses of our team and find out ways to help us eliminate those while still adding to our list of strengths. It is the job of the entire staff to communicate with one another about Ideas and to formulate ways that the team can practice tactics and new team comps in organized constructive ways.
