Plat support looking for semi-casual team

Hey I'm Matthew, an experienced plat support who has been playing since early season 1 that is looking for a group of players to play semi-casually. I am serious when I play this game but my work schedule limits my ability to attend mandatory practices or scrims, since I work night shifts during the weekdays (4 or 5 days a week, 10pm-6am EST). I would love to be able to play with a group of people that understand my situation and can work around it.

I can play almost all of the supports effectively and understand runes/masteries/build paths, but my true love lies in playing AP supports. My favourite supports are probably Annie, Zyra, Janna, and Sona, although I can play almost anything you ask of me (and more?!). I have all champions for trading purposes and am comfortable playing in experimental team compositions.

So if you can deal with all of this and need a support for games on the weekends or the afternoon during the weekdays, add me on my account "iPost Dank Memes". I also have another lower MMR account that can be used to play games on too, and I have been playing on that most of this season. I can also use Ventrilo, Teamspeak, Mumble, or Skype to communicate with.
