Making a team plat+ preferred

I keep trying to join teams think that they ll play often, but it generally falls through. I plan on adc;ing so im looking for all roles other than that.

Requirements 1:16+ i want to deal with mature people 2. Some sort of voice talking software, and a mic with not too much background noise 3. Willingness to learn and be committed to play 4-5 times a week 4. Not toxic, and can play the game serious, but also have a good time.
