silver 3 adc main looking for supprt

Can't seem to come across even a decent support recently so I need someone to hit me up. I play a variety of adcs and play passive pre 6 on most. Seems like you cant climb elo solo with the highest possibility of getting either trolls or bad games from majority of players in this elo. Most of you would agree.
