looking for help from nice player

need help for getting out of silver , i was S2 till i get a weekends with only feeding and trolling team , im playing since since season 2 and i really like this game but that Silver players making me really sad im not having fun from looking my teammate insta feeding at start of game or over trolling game .

if some good player with a nice hearts can help me getting out of this silver i will be glad and will be able to have some more fun like in past thanks and good night
