Looking for an ADC and Support for Ranked 5s

Hi everyone, I'm SharpAsGlass. Me and my two team mates are looking for an ADC and a Support to do ranked 5's with us. We are a plat average team and we're looking for players of any rank, but we do need a certain level of skill. Things we need is availability from roughly 8 pm pst and enough time to play at least a few games. We aren't Nazis, if you can't play on a certain night we aren't going to kick you off the team, but we do want to play very consistently. Also you will need voice communication. We will be using Raidcall to voice chat. We also are specifically looking for players that are not going to tilt. If you get upset every now and then that's fine.
