LF Long-term Diamond Climb Partner(Gold+ currently please)

I'll need to put in at least another 100+ games for diamond so i'd like someone to share the experience with. I have hit D4 in S5-preseason so i am fairly experienced; All other seasons i've finished in P-2. I play jungle, mainly lee sin. I'm just looking for a SOLID summoner that is of clear-mind, decent and doesn't share my role.
