Silver(Mid/Jungle main) Looking for Duo Partner To Climb To Gold Before Season Ends!

I'm a S4, looking for a serious player to duo with that really wants to hit that gold mark before the season ends. Sivir isn't my favorite champion either man, but wouldn't it be a damn shame to not have that border for a whole extra year. Are you tired of that silver border looking like a tin brick weighing your ass down? I know I am, and you most likely are too.. unless you're already gold, in which case carry me please? So I say, we unite our power rings, and by our powers combined we rip our share of the splendors from Riots cold crusty hands.
