Low ELO team looking for new mid/adc

MID/ADC MAINS PREFERRED

Recently our team mate and mid laner has left the team due to complications with his life and his play style. We are a team with set practice days that will be discussed if you are interested. We are all low elo silver being the highest on team but we are all very dedicated to learn and progress as a team and as individuals. We do have an NACS coach and analyst to help us progress even further. Must have free time available and cannot be high elo we want to learn not be carried. We are all located on NA servers and only have 2 practice times a week unless we are all on and have spare time. You will have a tryout if you make it by our player manager and don't seem like a smurf/troll etc because it is very difficult to find dedicated low elo team members. if you make it by both the player manager and the tryouts you will be given the spot on a team vote. To be removed from the team it runs on a two strike system. If you miss practice for something that is unnecessary, ex: You don't show up on time due to hanging out with friends. Something that is considered necessary is a family emergency work school etc. but it is still appreciated if you can somehow work around practice schedule. If you can't play in a team environment well and become toxic or upset with team members it will be discussed after the game in the designated call focusing on winning and learning in game is the top priority. If you cannot take criticism very well it will be an issue because our coach comes off very passive aggressive to people that haven't met him before. message and add hippostyle64 on the NA servers for more Information he is silver 1 and will be the one interviewing you and looking your registered account over before you are given a tryout.

ADC may also be an open spot depending on if our current one wants the mid spot but everything still applies above.

• Practice for main team members is on Thursday 5:30pm-8:00pm Mountain Standard Time AZ
• Sub practice is fridays 7:30pm-10:00pm but is not mandatory to show up every time.
• Practice is scheduled to change monthly to coincide with how the team captains work shcedule is.
