ISO Duo Partner (Bronze 2-3)

ISO of duo partner in Bronze. I main jhin adc.. I may not be the best (lots to improve) but im patient and try my best. Need a duo to reduce my chances of losing. Current rank: dwindling between bronze 3 and 2. I made it to bronze 1 and silver 5 promos but I always fall and climb fall and climb. Need help to break this cycle.
