Support (bronze) LF team for next season

Hi! I'm a Soraka main looking for team. I didn't play ranked a lot this past season because I didn't have a team to que with, and when I pugged I always got sucky teams. I have qued with silver players and done ok before, but I am looking for a bronzish team to start with that wants to focus on working up. Mainly I just want regular people to play with.
