Making a SERIOUS and DEDICATED Team (Strictly Gold)

I'm looking for serious and dedicated players to start this team. I've been with a lot of teams and it sucks because its so inconsistent. My goal is for us to improve and synergize. I'd also like for us to climb (ranked) together. I'll be scheduling practices and try outs very strictly, so if you can't make it, then I am sorry. Being on time for practice and games is very important for the team. I don't want any player to slack off. Like I said, this is a** SERIOUS team.** And I want SERIOUS AND DEDICATED PLAYERS.

Currently I'm in search for TOP, JUNGLE, and MID I'd also like if one of these roles will take on shotcalling for rotations or making plays, but I want everyone in the team to talk. Everyone should give out information and talk.

What will you bring in for the team? Tacos! A Strong ADC, that is hard to tilt. Strengths: Csing and last hitting, most of my games i have strong CS. Weaknesses: Trusting in bad plays. Are you a tilter(Y/N): I like to think i'm not. If i'm losing lane ill stop fighting the 2v2 and start focusing on farm instead. If i see another lane having problems ( mid or JG ) ill try to roam as much as i can to help. Cant really do much about top from the bot lane. Do you take criticisms constructively(Y/N): Yes, wouldn't be able to improve if i couldn't.

I win lane most of the time and know what teams should do to win. What will you bring in for the team? Good player with a good attitude. Hopefully you like me. I have been playing this game since mid Season 2 and started playing Competative play at the end of season 2 going into season 3 so my Knowledge of the game is there and I am already very team oriented and will make the play to better the team opposed to saving myself if it is needed. What will you bring in for the team? What i will bring to the team is a cool headed and level headed player that just enjoys playing the game and getting better one step at a time. Strengths:Calm minded, Experienced, Knowing when to play aggressive and defensive, knowing my role whether it being peeling or going for an engage.
