ADC main looking for semi serious team (B1/Silver)

I am a adc main with good win rates on my adc's. I am looking for a 5s team that is rising and willing to work together to become better. I just started adc this season but have around a 70 percent winrate with adc's so far. Must use a good voice communication. Must have either push to talk or no background noises. (Sorry I just really hate it when there is a fan or something on all the time)

I play Graves trist ez and jinx mostly. Learning all ADC and can change style to w/e comp we are doing. Whether that is a carry role or more of a support pushing role.
