Support top main looking for a ranked flex team or someone to duo with

i play support and top mainly but i can play all roles decently, i am looking for a flex team or a solo player to duo with so i can climb out of bronze and get back to silver like i was the past 2 seasons and maybe even further, im not toxic and i dont try and order people around but i am a leader and try to give strategies to help my team win, i cant solo queue anymore, i cant deal with not having anyone who i can coordinate with
