looking to start a ranked team for low elo players on EU west (anyone can join)

I play with friends in gold and silver and im able to compete with I just don't p I play anytime past half four UK time but only have space for a max of 2 games a day. I'm comfortable playing anywhere but mid. I should be level 30 in a week. thks :)
