Support Looking for Duo Partner or Team

I've played since season one on 17 fps (Not including team fights). It was about a week before the end of season 4 that I bought a new computer. All off season I was attempting to get a serious team together. But, with most people having issues with collage and uni, during that time i've had a lot of experience in high elo play (dia/mas/chall). I'm Looking for a great ADC to synergize with to duo q all the way up the "elo hell" ladder. If we decided to take it to ranked team play. Then so be it. I like to play ALL supports and non supports (such as J4 and Shaco).

Anyways my IGN: Canadian Romeo I normally use TeamSpeak. Although, I have all other Voice Chat Programs.
