Some friends of mine are looking to put a team together in an upcoming tournament that we found for a community. It will be a fairly long tournament (8+ weeks) and it's looking like we'll be one of the top teams, if not the best. We are currently lacking an adc for our team.

We play in EST and would probably play together at least two or three times a week.

I have a very serious mindset towards improving at League and feel like I could benefit the team and this experience would also benefit myself. Hoping that the team (an outside perspective) can see my mistakes and offer me advice on what to improve on and how I should get better. I also feel like I should do the same for my teammates. Hopefully we all are very open to help criticism as I feel it will help our team attitude and performance if we help each other improve. Thank you!
