LFG former gold mid/top

I am a serious league player who wants to get better at the team aspect of the game. I peaked at gold 2 last season but was a jungle main i was placed in bronze 1 cause you know riot. but now im silver 5 and hope to get back to gold with in the next month.

I play malphite, gnar mostly top trying to improve that pool but been focusing only on those for ranked.

I play ekko, zed, ahri, and a bit of orianna mid also wanting to improve that pool but because i play ranked alot i dont have the chance to practice new champs.
