Looking For A Serious Ranked 5 Team [Support/Mid Main]

I've been looking around for friends and other summoners to play with, but I guess I'll make it more clear of what I play and that I give up on just playing for fun. I'm trying to get serious playing League of Legends in a ranked 5's team.

What Rank am I? I am currently Gold III. I've been meaning to grind to Plat V sometime soon, but been held back due to school works and ect. I will make it to Plat V before the season ends though hopefully.

What exactly am I looking for? I am looking for a quite serious Ranked 5's team. Players should be at least gold+

What lanes do I play? The two lanes I main in is Middle lane and Support. Mid Lane: I specialize in mid to late game champions & play aggressive champions like Azir, LeBlanc, or Zed. I like making plays and picking off enemies one by one. Support: My reaction time is not beyond human, but above mediocre. As long as my AD trusts me and know what he/she's doing, I will trust them and give my fullest.

Why I'm looking for a team? Because League has been in my life for a long time now, and watching others play league isn't getting me anywhere so I've decided to finally stepping up and trying my hardest to improve and play with a serious team not just improving myself, but along with the team together.

When am I free? I'm usually free most of the time, I'm in my last year of High School and I am only 17. I make a lot of time practicing League of Legends at my own time. Though on Mondays/Wednesdays I have MORE classes afterschool so I end up coming home at around 7:00 PM, Central Time Zone.

What can I bring to the team? I am an optimistic team player, I do not blame or rage at members. I play at a steady pace and know how to shotcall. I know when to go in and when to play safe. I can be the shotcaller or be the one who makes the plays from the shotcalls. I will try my best to not let the team down at all cause.

Do I use Team Speak/Communication programs? Yes, I use Curse Voice, Team Speak, and Skype. I am willing to download other things if needed as well.
