Looking for a duo or trio group in ranked

I'm having trouble getting back into gold. I always seem to have a cocky ADC or a try hard top and I lose because of them. I main jungle and mid but can easily fill support and ADC. I'm looking for someone in the high silver to low platinum range that is willing to help me get back into gold. I'm currently Silver 2 with 96 LP and am looking to get to Gold 5 before the end of the season.
