affNity.academy Recruiting 5 Players, Gold+ (NEED MORE JUNGLERS)
Hello everyone! My name is Nick "Ashes" Ridgeway! I am a Founder and Co-Owner of affNity, a new Esports organization that already has top amateur teams in League of Legends, CS:GO, and Dota2! We currently have a top challenger team playing in the NACS qualifiers! I am here to announce our Academy program that is now opening up to the public!
Our goal with this program is to train a group of FIVE players to become a challenger level team. We will be providing the structure and support staff that will be needed in order to cultivate this team of players into a challenger team. We have a dedicated coaching staff that will help you grow as a player individually as well as a team.
The tryout process will be a long one. We will be looking for the best five players we can find in terms of Dedication, Personality, Attitude, and of course, natural talent. To properly find these players, we will have an application (at the bottom of this post), as well as In-House tryouts and Skype (or Teamspeak) interviews.
Please only fill out the application if: you are looking to join a team that will have a serious environment with a goal of improving yourself and the players around you, you can dedicate serious time and effort into this team, and you are ready to take your game-play to the next level!
