plat 1 Support Main Looking for Team

Im a support main with big champion pool; my mains are morgana janna thresh, i took a break for 2 months and lost a lot of my skill, got demoted to plat 3 from inactivity last ranked game was 2 months ago you can check but ive been playing well the past few days, used to be on diamond team as well (played against a few known players).

im a lot more vocal with communication then i was before, im a serious player and wont rage in comms, but i would like to talk about problems after the game(constructive criticism), my shot calling is decent
