Starting Ranked Team - Silver +

I am looking for a group of guys to start a ranked team. My only goal is to find people who are willing to work as a team to get better, and people who can get along with each other and won't flame or rage or quit. I will be conducting interviews today, I have the next 6 weeks to play pretty much any time and after that when school starts back up I will be available in the afternoons. We will use Skype to communicate. I am just looking to have fun, I'm not trying to go pro or get to diamond. hmu if you want an interview. I will be busy this afternoon but will be on league sometime after 3 CST.
