S2 ADC LF Support to Duo with (Pls Help)

I'm a Silver 2 ADC looking for a Support Main, hoping to get some wins going, and eventually end up in Gold 5 before the season ends, will appreciate some help, and would appreciate if I get such help as soon as possible. Please and thank you.
