Team Diversity

Hi I'm new to making a team and after falling outs of trying to join teams for the past couple of months I'd like to have a group of people / potential friends and form a team, now I don't have super high expectations, I'd like to achieve even Silver - Gold ranking which would be great but developing teamwork and even my own personal play would be great. I don't want to high of a ranking player just with past encounters they seem to have an entitlement to themselves and it brings everyone else down. So I think ranking up to Gold 1 is about as high as I would like to go. I don't plan on starting with Voice chat automatically until it is mutually agreed or something of that sort.

With that I want to post this as I will probably go off this post and not go from the client so fill this out if it sounds interesting or have something to say about the sort.
