Looking for a team or community to play with to help get better

I have not been playing for very long (fall 2014 start till spring 2015 now). Since then I have gone from complete new player to bronze 2 in ranked solo q and rising. I feel I am learning very fast and need some fine tuning to help me be the best player I can be. Obviously solo q kind of sucks with communication and friendly players at times. I am looking for a community of players or a team that will openly criticize me and help me become a better player. I feel the addition of communication will help me very much with decision making/where to be at what time/ what to be doing at the right time. Since i am still seen as pretty new I am very open to suggestions and criticism. Please help me in being the best player I can be and help a brother out.
