Silver 4 Midlaner looking for smart players

Hey all looking for a duo partner so we can climb out of this boring elo. I'm very experienced and will most likely carry 90% of the time. Just need that other player/players to assist me to the finish line. Looking for smart players pref that can hold at least 3.00 kda overall. look me up on lolking or w/e you use.
