Creating a ranked team (Rank does not matter only skill)

I am bronze 2 and i main support I am creating a serious ranked team that can climb the ladder not like some random ranked team made that never plays and just ends up in bronze 5. Requirements -have Skype -be willing to practice with normal's and be on everyday after 5 central time -no toxicity -no trolling -be willing to learn new champs for team comps -do not just quit after one loss

Need -Top laner (state best champions) -Jungler (state best champions) -mid laner(state best champions)

Prefered played champs -tanks -team fight type champions
