Trying to find one of these for a few days now and either they're just full of dudes or they're no longer accessible. I'm aiming more for older women (30s/40s), but younger is fine too if you're into joining. I rarely play ranked, but maybe I would with a chill team. Sadly your whole idea will be rather hard since only very few girls actually play this game to a level where they would want to get involved in a community/club. I have been active in quite some communities since I started playing this game and I only ever met about two handfull of girls in them compared to literally hundreds of guys. Sad part is, I have met about as many bad (as in character) girls as I have guys, so good luck finding the nice ones (I know of 2 that still play the game).

I don't think that's as true as you think. A lot of women play and just don't tell you they are women, and don't join the voice channels because of the harassment they'll face if they do. Anyway I found a great group.
