Silver players recruitment on na server

I want to try and make it to gold or at least s1 (my record is s2) before the end of the season. I am an adc/mid player who typically wins lane but my problem is my shot calling. I have had gold duos that said the same thing and they were not well versed in English so i did not learn as much as I would've liked to from them. I am still working on my decision making but I am afraid there isn't enough time left to learn how to keep from throwing so I hope I can find a team with good coordination or a jgler who makes good calls. If you want to duo but you are not a jgler that's fine too. If you are a team that does not have an opening in adc or mid I am also confident in support and I am an ok top laner. I play when I leave college so usually start at 4-6 pm cst and I stop around 9pm cst.
