Hybrid Theory is looking for dedicated players who are passionate about being in a community and doing what it takes to make it successful. We want to fill staff positions to help us continue to grow into a thriving community.

- Event Organizers
═════════════════ Recruiters ═════════════════ This is by far the most crucial role in any community and we value you greatly. A recruiter will be the face of Hybrid Theory and it will be your responsibility to bring in new members or promote community events. This position is for the “people persons”. For those that are outgoing and are familiar with using social medias are encouraged to apply.
**Requirements: ** Must be 18+, active and have TeamSpeak3 installed.

═════════════════ Event Organizers ═════════════════ We need you to create weekly events to keep all of our members engaged! We will give you freedom to create the events you want. Someone who has experience with organizing Tournaments, Weekly Events as well as other in-house games and that is detail oriented are encouraged to apply.
Requirements: Must be 18+, detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and TeamSpeak3 installed.
