Ranked team looking for players

Hello there, I am creating a ranked team and am looking not for a specific rank, but just some general game knowledge, an ability to improve and accept criticism, and an understanding that I am not going to be the best player on this team, I will be attempting to take the role of a shotcaller (jungle main, and still learning). I do hope you consider joining as I am going to make this team as organized as possible using a combination of scheduling and keeping track of main players, subs, their well played champions, and the ones they will need to learn well on their own. I expect dedication and a frequency online, and I will not hesitate to kick people off.I will also plan on building a full sub slot so that we can scrim often and practice strategies. Well now that we are through with the fun stuff here is the stuff I would like you to fill out.
