Gold Team LF Jungler and ADC for tryouts
Hello guys!
--About me-- My name is LordTushi a Gold 2 main top lane (here's my op.gg profile: http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=LordTushi) I used to be part of many ranked 5 teams and played many tournaments until an injury that forced me to stop. However, I'm now back and ready to kick some tushies!
--About the team-- With this team, my aim is to gather around players that cooperate well and have fun playing together to improve and eventually play in tournaments. To reach that goal, we'll be training three times a week. Here's what you can expect from the practices:
- Practices will be held around 7-8pm and will end around 11pm est.
- We'll be playing ranked 5s but we might also watch our replays to see where we messed up
- Training includes: Making and practicing team comps, laning phase drills (1v1 or 2v2 with team members), patch discussions
- These practices will last around 3 to 4 hours each
If you cannot attend on time, don't bother applying. Time and day of the practices will be decided upon having a full team.
At any point, if the sub considers he's strong enough to join the main team, he can ask for an evaluation and will play some games with the main team. A 100% vote is required to make it to the main team (of course, if you apply for support, the main support won't have a vote). The other way a sub can make it on the main team is if the main player breaks the requirements. The team will first have a discussion with the main and, if the problem persists, the sub player will be proposed to join the main team. No tryouts will be held to replace a main team member.
--Requirements-- Not everyone trying out will be accepted. However, if you don't follow these requirements, you can be sure of not being picked:
- No raging will be tolerated. Raging not only brings down the mood of the team but also pushes every team member to play at their worse while making the environment unfriendly and closed to criticism. Therefore, it will not be tolerated.
- Be at least Silver 1 and under Plat 3. Yeah, elo and mmr aren't perfectly accurate. That being said, if you cannot make it to that level, you should focus on getting better first. However, if you're stronger than Plat 3, you should consider another team. It's not helpful nor is it fun to play the game of "will ___ carry us?"
- Be on time. Whenever we schedule something (a scrim, tournament or practice), we need to have a full team. If you cannot make it on time, it'll be interpreted as a lack of motivation.
- Be open to criticism. If you can't take the blame for your mistakes, this is not the place you want to be.
- Have a working mic with Curse Voice (downloadable here: http://beta.cursevoice.com/)
--About yourself-- I think that by now you know better what kind of team we are, here's what we want to know about you. Role: (one per applicant) Profile: (use http://na.op.gg/) Timezone: Availabilities: 3 best champions: 3 worst champions: How good are you at analyzing?: (x/10) How good are you at adapting to new metas?: (x/10) What scares you the most during a game?: Why will we want to have you on the team?:
WE'RE STILL CREATING THE TEAM. We're unfortunately low on junglers and adcs. If you'd like to join us, feel free to apply
