Ranked 5's Team Looking for Jungler

We are looking for a jungler to complete our team. We consist of 2 plats, 1 gold, and 1 silver, so being at least high silver is preferred, but not COMPLETELY necessary. It's definitely nice to have a big champ pool, meta champs are always nice to play around. It would be extremely nice if you had a pretty free schedule, so we can get lots of practice in. It is also expected that you can use Skype and Curse. If we like your application, I will add you on League ASAP. DON'T ADD ME!!!

PS: If you exclusively play carry champs, you will probably not be added.

IGN: johda Why do you want to join this team? Looking for a serious and active team that's willing to learn from not only losses, but wins as well. What are your individual strengths? Objective/vision control, counter ganking, understanding win conditions and pick/ban phase, how to work well with the support to roam and get vision Weaknesses? Tend to be over aggressive when behind, and sometimes I gank too often and get myself down in farm/levels. Are you on committed to staying on the team? IGN: Oyamurom Why do you want to join this team? I believe that i can learn stuff from me being in this team that will improve my own abilities but also my ability to play with a team. I want to be a part of a ranked team that takes this game seriously and hopefully won't fizzle after the end of the season. What are your individual strengths? I follow directions all the time. I always play with the team in mind. I don't play the hero. I don't get mad, trolled, etc. easily. I don't let all the negativity from the enemy team get to me. I have little experience in shot calling. Weaknesses? i can get a bit cocky too much. I sometimes ignore my team from being too cocky and overconfident and make a mistake that costs us the game. warding needs work. Objective control also needs work. Map awareness needs work as well. Are you on committed to staying on the team? Yes. I really want to be on a team that i can be dedicated enough to play. Usually whenever i join a team, its either made out of friends (which the teams i am now are only friends thus they never take ranked team games seriously) or they fizzle after the end of the season and nobody gets together again.
