Recruiting Professional Bronze/Silver Support

Do you realize you just contradicted yourself by saying "professional bronze" lol anyone who played the game for the first time is no lower than bronze. What do you not accept? Wood 5 players? Lol

How is Training Like and what's the schedule? I would also like to know what you believe a professional to be. I know I'm asking a lot, but I would like to know what you expect of me.
