LATE NIGHT TEAM

Hello All, So I am tired of playing in solo q and have been looking for a team to join for awhile. But due to my late night schedule I have been unable to really fit any of the specified times for practice on most team, so I want to create one. I am looking for at least three individuals who love to win, are strong in their respective lanes, and are dedicated with large champ pools. I plan to practice with this team, rank up, and hopefully play tournaments if the team does well. I am looking for individuals at least ranked Silver 3 or higher. My plan for this team is to have practices start at 11pm central on most days. I understand not everyone can stay up this late, but that is why I need a late night group. The practice will go on for as long as people can keep playing but at least 2 hours. It does not have to be everyday, but at least 4 times a week. Some rules that apply are no flaming, rage quitting, or just being plain old mean to your teammates. I will be support for this team and will be looking for all other positions, as well as a good shot caller. LOL in itself is competitive . . . I've had 3 teams each one end up with use getting placed and then they stopped playing
