Looking for a Competitive/Casual Community to Join

Hi, my name is ImLaz and I've been in and out of some communities in the past, but now I'm looking for one that I can fully commit to. The only problem is, I don't know which one would be best for me. I want to be able to meet new people, but I also want a chance to be able to tryout for serious ranked teams and still be apart of that community. If anyone could give me some Teamspeak communities to check out that would be great. Thanks to everyone that replies.
