G1 support/jg LF team

Ign : Pugl1fe Role: Support/JG (support being the better of the two) Rank: g1 flex g2 solo, havent played much this year, was plat last season Team experience: Ive played in more than a few leagues and tournies. I am a team player first. Champ pool: Support i can play anything but thresh pretty much. Jg i lean towards the tanks (cho, mao, sejuani, zac, ww, kha etc) Availability: I am available any day. Weekdays 9pm est and later. weekends whenever. Id prefer to play 3ish days a week.

I am looking for a solid team that is interested in improving. I am a calm player who wont range and takes criticism well. As a support i prefer to push lane and get vision control of the enemy jg. I would be interested in playing a league but i am ok with playing flex for now.
